A wideband feed network for a Vivaldi antenna array is presented. limitation of current arrays the bandwidth either or element. The proposed consists four antennas fed with an improved to extend useable array. coplanar waveguide-to-slotline-to-microstrip line transitions. has single waveguide input and microstrip output ports. achieved uniform amplitude phase balance impedance 160% from 1 GHz 9 GHz. was used in linear elements. stable radiation patterns 1.3 8 GHz, resulting 144%. minimum gain dBi maximum 13.8 within frequency band. Results prototype array, measured compact test range, are presented compared simulated results CST Studio Suite.
